And Select "Open In New Tab"

Now Suddenly "Refresh The Page"
(Now Page Will Loading Again
And You Will Get Download Confirmation Notification Box)

Now Wait For Page Full Load
(Mention In HandMark in screenshot,
that Need To Fully Load)

After The Loading Click "Download"
